Step 1<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Firstly, you’ll need to open Windows 10 Mail<\/strong> by clicking on the Start<\/strong> button, then clicking on ‘Mail<\/strong>‘.<\/p>\n

Step 2<\/h2>\n

If this is the first time you’ve opened the Mail app, you\u2019ll see a Welcome page. Select\u00a0Add account<\/b>\u00a0to get started.<\/p>\n

If you’ve used the Mail app before, at the bottom of the left navigation pane, select\u00a0Settings\u00a0<\/b> \"\", and then choose\u00a0Manage Accounts<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Note:\u00a0<\/b>On a phone or tablet, tap the three dots at the bottom of the page to access\u00a0Settings<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Step 3<\/h2>\n

Select\u00a0Add account<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Step 4<\/h2>\n

Choose Other Account – POP IMAP<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

and enter your email address<\/strong>, name<\/strong> and password<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Click on Sign in<\/strong> and you should have access to your email account in few seconds.<\/p>\n

If, for some reasons, the above process fails.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

You will need go back and select \"\" Advance settings<\/strong> from the ‘Add an account<\/strong>‘ section.<\/p>\n

Select Internet Email – POP or IMAP<\/p>\n

and fill the details as per the instruction below.<\/p>\n

Click on\u00a0Sign in<\/strong>\u00a0and you should have access to your email account in few seconds.<\/p>\n

There are various methods of connecting to mailboxes on our platform. We always recommend IMAP as that helps keep messages in sync between various devices and our webmail system.<\/p>\n
